I own the whole system — from the model call to the metal.

By day I'm the sole engineer at Rowan Rose Solicitors, a UK law firm — three live platforms, the LLM workers that automate their claims lifecycle, and the cloud underneath, all mine. I built a golden-set evaluation harness over 74,966 classified emails and took classification accuracy from 43% to 96%. When the firm needed off AWS, I planned and ran the production cutover to on-premise — staged configs, DNS switch, documented rollback.

The rest of the time I build the safety layer for agentic AI: AgentLens grades every tool call an AI coding agent makes before it runs.
